You have to be careful buying cannabis edibles if you haven’t tasted them before

When the state finally allowed the sale of edibles in medical marijuana dispensaries, the laws were particularly particular. The flavors allowed by law were clearly outlined plus the cannabis shops were only allowed to use extracts plus flavors that are considered medicinal, however I also looked for lots of bizarre edibles at all of the arenas in this town. I did not find anything flavored, like cherry, orange, or lemon. The dispensary downtown had a selection of lozenges that were 10mg of THC each. They had two flavors, mint plus honey. They were out of honey, so I actually had a single choice. I thought the mint flavored lozenge might be good, so I decided to buy a large pack! As soon as I got to the car, I opened the edible candy treat and popped two in my mouth. They tasted terrible. I was hoping for something like a peppermint, spearmint, or Wintergreen flavor. Instead I had a flavor that was closer to a gross Halls cough drop. I just did not even want to finish the nasty lozenge, because the taste was so bad. Thank goodness that dispensary downtown also has a fantastic policy on returns. I went right back into the store plus I told them that I wanted my money back. They did not ask any questions at all plus refunded the money I paid for the pack of edible lozenges. I’m not even sure that I was the first person to ask for a refund on those nasty things… But until both of us have cookies, brownies, plus section cake available, I’m going to continue to smoke dried flowers plus leave the edible lozenges on the shelf.
