Just a few years ago, my cousin Riley opened up her own cannabis dispensary in the next town over. This cannabis dispensary has actually ended up being a huge success for her. She is making a pretty great profit with it already, even though she has not really been open for that long. Riley always tells me that the cannabis business is going better for her than she ever thought that it would. She’s been thinking about opening her own business for a long time, but she never got really interested in the medical cannabis dispensary business until probably about five years ago when she graduated from college. She went to Business School, but she has always been a firm believer in the power of medical cannabis. When she decided to open up her own cannabis dispensary, she said that it just seemed like the right thing to do. Both of her interests were rolled into one thing, and she knew that she would probably be great at it. I had my doubts about it at first, because you just never know how that kind of thing is going to turn out.However, Riley is a really great hard working person and so she deserves all of the success in the world. Even though I was a skeptic about it at first, I’m glad that I was wrong. I just wasn’t sure at that point how receptive the community would be to a cannabis dispensary. They have really proved me wrong, though. I think part of her success is due to the fact that Riley puts on a lot of cannabis education events in her dispensary. A lot of people seem to want to come there to learn.
