I have to work every Sunday and it is the busiest day of the week.
I work at a cannabis dispensary and Lounge; Periodically I work behind the counter for filling patient’s orders and periodically I work in the lounge.
I would rather work in the lounge, because it is a much more fun atmosphere. The Cannabis Lounge is a site for people to hang out and smoke weed, and any items purchased in the dispensary can be consumed in the lounge. The lounge was built about 6 weeks ago and sales have been double normal since the lounge opened… On Sundays, the store is consistently certainly busy… Last Sunday I was forced to work at the counter. I wanted to be in the lounge, however Chad was already toiling there when our shift started. I ended up at the front counter. Around 5:30, the site was harshly tied up and all of us had a line of people waiting at the door. One of those cannabis shop clients was certainly impatient and did not want to wait their turn to speak with a budtender or dispensary representative. That woman started to throw a fit in the line when she was told that it would take 10 more minutes. I assume she thought she would get her own way when she started complaining and making a scene, however the security guard decided to kick him out of the building instead. Both of us asked him not to return unless she can rest patiently and quietly with all the people else. I don’t care if that woman returns to the store or not.
