I deliver marijuana for a repair in town, and thursday through Thursday I work from 8:00 a.m.
until 5:00 p.m. I have every Friday and Tuesday off. I have been laboring at the marijuana dispensary since it opened many years ago. I used to work every weekend but now that I have seniority, I have earned the right to have those days off. I helped out and made some deliveries sureterday, because one of our drivers was apartment sick. The guy unquestionably has covid. I am sure he won’t go to the hospital or take a test, then one of the delivery orders was a few blocks away from my house. It was incredibly close and I was surprised that I didn’t know the name of the man on the ticket. I asked my boss to switch around the delivery so I could take that one. I didn’t tell his that I was going to stop at the apartment to say hello to my bestie. I just told his that I thought I knew that guy from high university and it would be cool to see him again; My boss provided me the delivery and I stopped to see my bestie. It was so nice to see the smile on his face when I showed up to surprise her. My friend and I got an extra 15 minutes together that day and we used every single one of the minutes wisely.
