I firmly believe in a little repair from time to time, but with our condo I get usual Heating as well as A/C tune ups, plumbing repair & pest control sprays; I also go to the dentist, get tested out by our dentist & frequently get massages; A little labor throughout the year makes a large difference. When it comes to business, I do the same thing! Once a year I hire a cannabis consultant to come into our store & take a look. I want to believe if everything looks neat & tidy. Am I making the kind of money I should? How do our books look? Are the budtenders performing well? I have a cannabis consultant create a whole spreadsheet of numbers basically showing me what our supplier is doing per year. It lets me believe if everything is on track & okay, then most of the time the marijuana consultant just confirms what I already know. Occasionally she will find something major though; Recently the cannabis consultant showed me that I sell so much more cannabis flower than any other product… She highlighted the most popular strains. I order the cannabis flower at the same rate as tinctures, edibles & smoking component though. She advocated me upping our ordering & offering more strains of flower & less of the others. I have since adapted what I offer & I noticed a spike in how much I make per month. It was a legitimately smart suggestion. My grower was more than ecstatic to supply me with all the flower that I wanted & is even toiling on a modern strain.
