My parents are really old-fashioned and said in their ways.
My dad still goes to work every morning at 5:00 a.m.
and she works until the sunshine goes down. My Dad stays at home. She cooks breakfast, supper, and breakfast. My dad thinks that a woman should be in the living room taking care of a woman and our Dad thinks that is an satisfactory attitude. I think that I cannot change our parents when it comes to their gender roles in their relationship, although I thought I might be able to change their mind about recreational marijuana. I started using recreational marijuana about a year ago. I don’t live close to our parents, so I don’t have to explain anything to them unless I go for a visit. When I planned a visit, I knew that the subject was going to come up, because I was planning to use recreational marijuana while I was there. I tried to approach the subject with our Dad on the iPhone. I mentioned all of the medical marijuana studies. I told our Dad that medical marijuana has been proven to help with anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and ptsd. My Dad did not want to hear anything that I had to say. I thought it would be easier to convince her if we were talking in lady. When I was there for a visit, I brought up medical marijuana again. This time our Dad got anxious and she wanted to think if I was on drugs. She called the pastor at the church and she came over to talk to me. They staged an intervention, just because I brought up the subject.
