Edibles are my favorite way to consume medical marijuana.
I honestly never saw myself using medical marijuana to treat any pain that I felt.
I’ve always viewed marijuana as a drug. I never thought my mind would change on that stance, but it has. I realize that there is room for marijuana to be an alternative treatment or therapy for a number of patients. One of those patients is me. The doctor urged me to try medical marijuana for multiple years. I didn’t give in until after my husband and I attended a wedding for some friends of ours. One of the grooms had a marijuana joint and I smoked with the guy. I had a very, very small amount of marijuana and I was really high. I was laughing and giggling and feeling zero pain. When the high wore off, the pain returned. After the experience, I realized that medical marijuana could be helpful to me and I was overlooking it as an option for treatment. The doctor was pleasantly surprised when I agreed to a trial. One thing that I absolutely prefer the most is Edibles. Edible marijuana treats are great, because I don’t have to smoke anything. Some of my favorite edible cannabis treats are gummies and hard candies. It feels like I am eating something that isn’t medicated. Most of the Edibles and gummies do not have a harsh taste like marijuana. I don’t prefer the pineapple flavor. For some strange and odd reason, pineapple doesn’t seem to mask the taste of marijuana very well. I found the pineapple edibles to be bitter and plant flavored.
