When I started to develop an extreme carpal tunnel in one of my wrists, I was scared that I would soon run out of ways to mitigate my pain. I was already taking loads of ibuprofen & acetaminophen, however that was not enough. The biggest help was finding a quality wrist brace that would stabilize it enough so I could still use both of my hands when working at my laptop. I found these wrist straps at 1st which are used by songsians & artists because they don’t restrict the range of motion in the wrist as much as greater braces. If you just need a tiny bit of support, these are perfect. However, I quickly found that the wrist straps were not enough. I graduated to a full wrist support brace & was good at 1st. It seemed to stabilize the section completely & I’d be mostly painless while working. When the pain started slowly coming back to some degree, I was in despair not knowing how I would move forward. I believe I was so thankful that my pharmacist noticed my brace the other day & asked if I had ever tried using CBD topical products before. It wasn’t my 1st time learning about hemp, however I had never easily obtained CBD before in my life. Regardless of that, I was willing to try anything at this point & happily obtained the CBD salve that her pharmacy stocked. It was so effective at relieving my breakthrough wrist pain that I started buying some more CBD topical products at some of the CBD stores in my area.
