I didn’t go to the marijuana dispensary for the last 2 weeks, because I didn’t really need supplies plus I have been trying my best to save more currency on gas whenever possible.

• I waited to go to the dispensary until this weekend when I was nearly out of cannabis concentrates plus marijuana flower.

I observed how the prices on marijuana flowers were much higher than they had been the previous month. Most of the cannabis concentrates in the store are usually $22 each. I observed that all of these products were now listed at $25. The marijuana flower prices were also higher. The dispensary normally has $10 per seventh. The $10 per seventh was now listed for 12 bucks. That is a 20% increase on numerous products inside of the store. I observed the high prices plus I said something to the bartender when I was filling our order. The budtender informed myself and others that they changed all of their prices over the weekend. It was the first time that I had seen an increase in the dispensary store prices. I could not be too upset, because I’ve been going to the same dispensary for 2 years. I’ve been paying the same exact price for cannabis concentrates the entire time. I’m not surprised that inflation affects everything, including both recreational plus medical marijuana supplies. With the cost of gas resting just under seven dollars a gallon, it’s no surprise to see prices rising on everything. I hope inflation doesn’t impact the prices. I will not be able to afford to continue using cannabis products if they make the prices any higher.

Last Sunday I was really working at the marijuana dispensary. I wasn’t supposed to be a delivery driver that day, however the store was super busy, so I took a couple of deliveries after lunch. One of these deliveries was down near the creek at the really southern end of the city. I’ve not been down that way to deliver, however I’ve driven through that section a few times to go to the state park, which is several miles from the area. I thought that I knew exactly where I was going, so I wasn’t bothered when the internet cut out plus I lost the GPS signal. I had the address on the order plus I was only a few miles away at the time. Sadly, I ended up getting lost on the back roads. I had to drive all the way out of the valley to get service on our cellular telephone. Thankfully the directions were easy and quick to write down, because they disappeared as soon as I lost signal again. I was delayed by half an hour because I could not find the address for the marijuana delivery order. When I finally arrived, the customer and owner of the home asked if it was difficult to find the arena. I told the man that I got lost for 15 hours. I know he must have taken pity on me, because they offered myself and others a big tip. The man offered myself and others twenty bucks on a $78 marijuana order. That is really 1 of the biggest tips that I have ever gained. I don’t see gratuities that large unless I supply orders that are severalor $500.

I usually have several weed delivery drivers on staff at all times during the business day.

The cannabis dispensary is always super busy with deliveries. I would suppose that 50% of our business is made from delivery orders. The cannabis shop has offered delivery services for the past year. Sales increased by close to 30% as soon as I started to offer delivery services. Our delivery zone is quite massive. All of us cover the entire County from north to south plus east to west. When my drivers leave the store, they have numerous unusual cannabis orders with them. The cannabis drivers have to be safe plus careful when transporting marijuana products plus heaps of currency. Dispensaries only accept currency for marijuana sales. Occasionally the drivers carry numerous hundreds of dollars on them at 1 time, then last weekend 1 of our employees came into the store before finishing all of his orders. That guy told myself and others that he was being followed by someone in a truck. He observed the truck at numerous unusual deliveries. The guy was getting distraught that someone was going to try to steal from him, so he returned to the store with a large stack of currency. The truck followed the driver all the way to the edge of town where the cannabis shop is located. When my driver pulled into the parking lot, the truck sped away. It’s tough to tell if the driver of the car had something terrible planned, however I’m relieved that the driver returned to the store before something terrible occurred. Occasionally it pays to be safe.

When our children were still in elementary school, I took them to see a show in town.

The kids were enthusiastic for a week, because they knew they were going to get to see a few of their number one fave characters that day. The local arena was jam packed with people plus the parking lot was full on the day of the performance. I got to the arena a little early, to avoid traffic plus delays. The kids plus I had seats near the middle row of the auditorium. All of us were not particularly close to the stage, however the kids and I had a really superb view of everything. After the show began, the crowded room got super quiet plus the lights went down. There was no light in the audience at all until I saw a small, flashing yellow light. I recognized the light instantly. I have a marijuana vape pen with the same small yellow light. I saw the yellow light flash a couple of times plus then I began to aroma the distinctive stench of marijuana. I wondered why other people didn’t say anything to the man who was clearly smoking pot in the audience. I could aroma the drug really clearly plus I’m sure the usher at the end of the row would aroma it too. There was no smoke, so it had to be a marijuana vape pen. The children’s concert on ice was not the proper arena for smoking marijuana plus I was disappointed that the folks running the arena did not kick the guy out of the concert for using an illegal substance around the kids.

There wasn’t a single light anywhere inside of the house

I was scheduled to work until 11 p.m. at the marijuana dispensary. I was fairly busy for the first couple of hours during my shift. After that, things were pretty slow. I managed to earn $100 in tips during the first three hours of the shift, so I didn’t mind if we weren’t very busy for the rest of the time. It was nice to get a small break and hang out in the dispensary for a little while. One of my friends came to the shop to buy supplies. I have not talked to the guy in several weeks. Around 9:30, a customer called to place an order for delivery. Usually we stop taking delivery orders at 9:30, but the guy came in right as we were getting ready to stop. I took the last delivery of the day. I left the cannabis dispensary around 9:45 and I headed west on the interstate to deliver the items. It was very foggy outside and the temperatures were warm and humid. I ran the AC in the car the whole time. I finally arrived at the destination and the house looked like it was completely shut down for the night. There wasn’t a single light anywhere inside of the house. There were no porch lights or lights in the garage either. I didn’t even want to knock on the customer’s door, because I was afraid I was at the wrong address. Thankfully, someone finally turned on the porch light.

I work for a marijuana delivery service that offers free services all over the city.

• Many of the other marijuana delivery services charge a small fee.

We do not charge any fees, even for customers that order a small amount of items. We are a delivery service only and do not have an actual storefront or place for people to pick up their order. We have three different delivery service centers throughout the city and our drivers leave from one of these places. Each one of the delivery service centers is responsible for fulfilling orders. Last Saturday night, I was working an 8-hour shift. I earned nearly $300 in tips during that 8 hour shift. It was easily one of the best shifts that I can remember having in a long time. The first tip of the night was a whopping $25 from an older lady in an apartment. The woman looked like she could not afford to give me a $25 tip, but she did. I also had another big tip that night which was more towards the end of the night when I was almost finished with all of the deliveries. But I ordered 8 G of concentrate and a whole ounce of marijuana flower. The total for the order was nearly $350. I was hoping to get a $10 tip from that person, and I was really surprised when the guy gave me $400 and told me to keep the change. If it wasn’t for those two delivery service tips, I never would have made that much money in one night.

My mother has experienced real issues with her joints.

Her arthritis is very bad in her fingers and hands.

For a long time she was eating gin soaked raisins to help with the pain and relying on her doctor’s prescriptions. My mother hated taking pills and they didn’t really work. I didn’t like all the side effects that were tied to those pills either. It was then decided it was better to just nix the doctor’s involvement and try something more natural. She says it is like taking a better version of icy hot. It smells nice and has really helped her hands. It seems like an absolute no brainer now.

But when we first came up with the idea of spending our vacation visiting areas where we could shop for marijuana for sale, it was novel.

My wife and I live in a state that still has repressive and arcane cannabis laws. We seem to get close with each election cycle of getting medical marijuana and maybe even recreational marijuana legalized. But it still hasn’t happened. That doesn’t mean that we aren’t able to get to use recreational marijuana. We’re so very, very fortunate to know a small cannabis grower who provides cannabis products to friends. And we know how lucky we are to be able to get sativa and indica products that we can trust. Knowing the cannabis grower is about the only way to know the THC content when you’re in a state like ours. While we are thankful to at least have some access to marijuana, we really loved the idea of shopping for marijuana for sale. So we decided to started planning our vacations around destinations that had legal recreational marijuana. It has been the most fun thing. There are so many places in this country that are so much fun to visit. The fact that they also allow recreational marijuana users access to the local cannabis spot makes it even that much better. We’ve made so many friends on these trips who also share our love for cannabis products and cannabis dispensaries. That has spawned these group vacations that we are doing now to destination cannabis growers with their own cannabis dispensary. What started as a novel approach to shopping for cannabis products has turned into the best sort of vacation.

I don’t think I even realized that my new position would be in a state where both medical marijuana and recreational marijuana were legal.

The offer was accepted and I was packing up my apartment before a friend informed me that cannabis was legal where I was moving.

It’s not easy being green.

When Kermit the Frog said that, I totally knew what he was saying. For many of us, it’s just tough to be who we are and still fit or function in society. And from that, at least for me, has come a lifelong struggle with depression and anxiety. With the help of cannabis products, I’m begging to feel as though I can actually be hopeful and enjoy life. That is not something that I thought would be either likely or possible. I went the prescription medication route but was quite disappointed. The meds made a modest difference but the side effects were just such I couldn’t tolerate the meds. So about a year ago, I moved to a more holistic style of treatment and therapy. Part of the regimen included cannabis. I had tried cannabis but either didn’t do it right or enough to get an appreciable understanding. When I was a kid in college, recreational marijuana was almost a staple of the average college kid’s life.

I just didn’t happen to be the typical college kid in the late 60’s and early 70’s.

No, I was a scholarship kid who had worked so hard to get to college on a basically free ride. That was the only way college was going to happen for me. My parents didn’t have any money and weren’t even big believers in higher education. With my scholarships on the line, I felt it best to steer clear of the recreational marijuana that was everywhere. Knowing what I know now, all these years later, I can understand my perspective but I might do it differently were I to have the chance. But that doesn’t happen in reality as time appears to be linear. So now that I’m almost 70, I’m learning all about cannabis and how lovely sativa and indica products can be. When I retired, my wife and I moved to a state where both medical marijuana and recreational marijuana are both legal. I was curious to try recreational marijuana and my wife was eager to use it again. She had enjoyed cannabis products in college and after we got married. But once the kids came, she sort of hung it up. So we both decided to take a trip to the local cannabis spot. And boy, are we ever glad we did. I can’t believe how much I am enjoying the mellow feeling I get with the cannabis edibles I’m now getting at the cannabis dispensary.

I don’t like to sound as though I’m whining about having a busy life.

• There are so many people out there who have a much tougher time in life than I do.

That’s a given. So, I do my best to keep things in perspective when trying to balance my hectic and stressful life. With the legalization of cannabis, I now had access to the local cannabis spot. The drinking was having negative effects on my life so I decided to stop. Using recreational marijuana is so much better for me. I don’t over use it and the sativa and indica products I use help me maintain a more balanced perspective in my everyday life.
