Never having had the opportunity to purchase marijuana products or head into a marijuana dispensary, my first time in a recreational marijuana dispensary was a big surprise! I don’t actually know for certain what I expected to see in the recreational marijuana store, but it wasn’t what I saw.
I saw a large array of marijuana products that had my mind totally boggled… Alongside the marijuana products I also saw a large get-together of CBD products for sale.
I knew CBD was derived from marijuana, but I suppose it never hit me that it was marijuana minus the THC which was the actual Psychotropic substance. Nearly everything that you saw that had THC in it, was also in the CBD form. I was able to pick up some tablets for my headaches that didn’t have aspirin or acetaminophen. I was able to purchase numerous lotions for my dry skin that was made from CBD. I was talking to the budtender on duty about the CBD products. She explained that CBD was marijuana however, it contained only a small amount of THC. All of the healing properties were still present. I was able to choose many different types of edibles including a couple of packages of milk chocolate that had different levels of THC plus CBD. I’m not sure what I expected when I used these products, but I didn’t expect the enjoyable taste. I won’t say I was disappointed, because I wasn’t. I will definitely return to the marijuana store for more CBD products in the near future. At a single point, I am even considering going for some recreational marijuana to share with my guy.
