For the last couple of days, they had been calling for a snowstorm in our area.
The morning when the snowstorm was to hit, I needed to go to my marijuana dispensary.
I needed some marijuana products, and I wanted to make sure I had them before the snow hit. My husband and I were already in the car heading to a marijuana dispensary when an email came in and announced that because of the impending snowstorm, they would not be open that day and we should be aware of any late openings for the following day. There wasn’t a snowflake in the sky, and a marijuana dispensary was already closed? I couldn’t believe what the email said. I told my husband to pull over and I called a marijuana dispensary. The person who answered the phone told me they were not planning on opening because of the snow, but since it had not started yet, they would be open for two hours. That gave my husband enough time to get to the dispensary, pick up my marijuana products, and get back home before the storm began. I just couldn’t believe they sent that email out knowing that they were still going to be open for at least two hours. It made me wonder how many people were out of their marijuana products and had been planning to go to the marijuana dispensary as my husband and I had planned. They may not have gotten their marijuana products because of the pre-announced closing that hadn’t even happened. I just hope some of these people called to see if they were open.
