I explained about the dead links, and how it added eight items instead of one when I tried to order online
When I got my medical marijuana card, I was excited about going to the canvas dispensary. After the initial visit, I was told that they had an online cannabis dispensary. When I went to the website, they said I would find cannabis specials that could only be found online. Along with specials, I could peruse all the products and choose the items I wanted. After making my choice, I could put in an order and pick it up any time throughout the same day. I didn’t even need to pay for my marijuana order until I got to the dispensary. Unfortunately, this is how the website was supposed to work, but it didn’t. Many of the links on the website did not work at all. They would show certain items for sale, but when I put them in my basket, nothing showed up. Suddenly, I would have eight items showing in my basket, and they would all be the same item. I knew the cannabis dispensaries website needed some work. When I went to the cannabis dispensary, I told them about the web design. I explained about the dead links, and how it added eight items instead of one when I tried to order online. They said they had a web designer working on the website, but it was going to take a couple of weeks until they got it fixed. I decided until the web design was repaired; I was just going to go to the dispensary and do my order in person. I knew they were trying to shy away from in-person ordering, but I would not go through all the hassle of ordering online, and not get what I wanted.
