There are lots of different products that can be purchased that contain marijuana. Marijuana products are available in edible form, smokable form, and even topical form. The cannabis shop where I work has a lot of different cannabis products that other shops don’t carry. We have a lot of creams, balms, salves, and ointments. Each one of the products has a different amount of thc, cbd, or thca. A customer came to the store specifically looking for a cream to rub on his knees. The doctor told the guy that the cream would be able to help him feel more mobility for walking and exercise. I showed the customer where the products were located. I informed the customer about each one of the marijuana products. I also told the customer about some other products that we carry like marijuana edibles, flower, concentrates, and vaporizer pens. The man was interested in learning more about the vaporizer pens. I sat down with the guy for a few minutes to show him how the pen worked and I let him try one of our samples. After heating the vaporizer once, the guy was convinced that he needed to buy that along with the cream for his knees. The customer left the marijuana dispensary feeling happy about his purchase and he gave me a $15 tip for taking my time to explain each and every product individually. I didn’t mind taking the time, but I still accepted the nice tip.
