My task is harshly stressful due to the volume of work the people I was with and I must complete within a month along with the pressure that the people I was with and I get from upper management throughout the entire process.

It’s strenuous to assume confident about what you’re doing when you constantly assume care about it’s impossible to stay on top of your goals as well as deadlines. But all of the work-related stress in the past few weeks changed all of that. I assume burned out even if I make my work deadlines on time. Everyday I’m staring blankly at a white PC screen, waiting for my finger to magically start pounding away at the keys as well as get myself and others working at breakneck speed. No matter what I do, I always have trouble with procrastination as well as a multiple amount of job anxiety to go along with it as well.
