Stopping hot flashes

As a woman in her late 50s, I don’t particularly want to go to the cannabis dispensary and buy joints or bongs; I don’t want to get buzzed and aroma like cannabis either.

I only use CBD products now. CBD is the great section of the cannabis plant that can reduce inflammation, reduce anxiety, help with depression and many other things. So, the reason I take CBD oil nightly is two fold, then reason 1 is that I study online that cannabis can help with menopause; Apparently the amount and severity of hot flashes can decrease with a little CBD in the system, so far I have noticed feeling a little chillier than usual. Second reason is that I want to sleep better at night. I think waking up sweaty isn’t helping matters at all, but however, I have never been a superb sleeper and my insomnia has gotten worse as I have gotten older. I am right now sticking to CBD products as a sleep aid. I have read that a lot of people need THC in order to correctly wind down and sleep. Apparently it is a delicate balance of CBD and THC to create that perfect sleep aid, then not enough THC and the product does nothing. Too much THC and you are up all night long feeling high. I am still hopeful just feeling a little relaxed off the CBD oil will help me. I particularly don’t want to start looking into THC infused items. The CBD world is a nice 1 and the products range from CBD concentrates, tinctures and beverages. I want to stick with that.
